This class introduces the vocabulary of book anatomy, the tools needed for hand book binding, and material considerations for making a beginner book structure. Together we will learn how to bind a hard and soft covered, pamphlet stitched book, a single gathering book that can be used as a journal to collect favorite recipes or poems, and more. All tools and materials needed for the class will be provided.
