The evening begins with a Halloween Ghosts & Goblins Parade! So come in costume! The parade line up starts at 4:15pm at Wiscasset Elementary School, 83 Federal St. (no pre-registration required - just get in line!) The first 200 costumed kids receive trick-or-treat bags with goodies and safety glow bracelets, so don’t be late! The walking parade down Federal St. starts at 4:30 with a trail of give-away candy, music, and prizes for best or worst or silliest or scariest costumes!
