Embark on this 6-week, hands-on basket-making journey with instructor Veronica Perez, focusing on the wrapped coiling technique using raffia. Learn sizing, shaping, and pattern creation, achieving a relaxing flow with repetitive motion. Please note that you may not finish your basket during the class unless you choose to make a tiny one. However, Veronica will demonstrate how to complete the final steps when you are ready. You can apply these techniques in the future to create larger and differently shaped bowls, trays, and baskets. There is no experience required for this basket weaving class, and all supplies will be provided. Each session runs from 5:30 to 8pm.
