The public is invited to an opening reception for the exhibition “Love.” Many of the contributing artists will be in the gallery to celebrate this inspirational show. Light refreshments will be provided for this afternoon of lively conversation and art.

Artists from across Maine answered the call: What do you love? What makes your heart sing? The exhibiting artists captured their personal interpretations of love culminating in a stunning display of work with 73 pieces selected by juror, Diana Kerr, of Boothbay.

Kerr says, “I loved the variety of mixed media and how artists thought outside the box. . . We all need to embrace the universal expression as humans even in times of darkness.”
