Join us at the Merry Barn to welcome New England songsters and tunesmiths Elsie Gawler and Ethan Stokes Tischler! Elsie and Ethan weave together a musical world of past, present, and hopeful future. They delight in learning and sharing the rich musical traditions of New England, Quebec, their Celtic influencers, and Scandinavia, as well as their own tunes and songs to carry these traditions forward. 

Gawler has played throughout the state and beyond, sharing traditional fiddle tunes, songs, and original works since she was 6 years old. Tischler likes to focus on acoustic guitar and vocals, but has been known to pick up the fiddle, banjo, and electric guitar. Songcraft is at the heart of his music.
